  1. ANIMENGN is the Animation Engine by Bob Dolan.  The Animation Engine
  2. allows you to create cartoon like sprite sequences in low or medium
  3. resolution which can be used in your own programs.  The program creates a
  4. data file which represents all of the frames of each sequence.  At this
  5. time, each sprite frame is limited to a maximum size of 16*16 pixels or
  6. less.  There are eight frames in each sequence ( or bank ) and eight banks
  7. in each file.  Colors can be adjusted and are saved with all frame data.
